Se dedică dlui Dylan și dlui Elvis

Am ascultat recent, întâmplător, două bluesuri-tribut. Așa-zise ”bluesuri”, căci unul e un folk dylanesc, celălalt e un alt.country.
Două dedicații minunate și extrem de diferite.
Syd Barrett, creierul psihedelic din copilăria trupei Pink Floyd, îi dedică o piesă lui ”Mr. Dylan, the king”; Gillian Welch, o cântăreață foarte apreciată de bluegrass și alt.country, își amintește de Elvis și de ”the day that he died”. Prima melodie e ironică, ușor mușcătoare, dar ghicești că ”diamantul smintit” îl aprecia (și poate era chiar puțin gelos) pe Dl Dylan. Al doilea memento e ușor ludic, e subtil, cald și delicat, cumva la polul opus față de zbânțuiala și nervii regelui rock and rollului.
